Information Collection and Use
HGEN collects information from our members at several different points on our website. HGEN is the sole owner of the information collected on this Site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others. HGEN may share site user profiles to advertisers in much the same way that magazines provide subscriber information. Member names or identities are never tied to the general information provided to advertisers. HGEN may release information to comply with valid legal requirements such as a law or regulation, search warrant, subpoena or court order. If we are legally compelled to disclose information about you to a third party, we will notify you unless doing so would violate a court order.

Registration & Membership
To use most of the features on this website, a member must first complete the registration form and pay the required membership fee posted at the time via a valid credit card, bank card, check or money order. During registration, a member is required to provide certain contact information (such as name and e-mail address). This information is used to contact the member with information regarding the Site and his/her membership. We also require members to provide certain other information (such as occupation, geographic location) so we can continue to better serve them in accordance with the goals of this Site.

 

Log Files
In the same fashion as most standard website servers, we use log files. This includes IP (internet protocol) addresses, browser type, ISP (internet service provider), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp, and number of clicks. Sharing - Credit Card Processors
Retail establishments, including websites, utilize third party credit card processing firms to bill their customers for purchases of goods or services. Unless otherwise specified and except to the extent HGEN products are offered for sale in the United States through this Site, this Site and the Contents thereof are displayed solely for the purpose of promoting HGEN's products and services available in the United States and select foreign markets. This Site is controlled and operated by HGEN from its office in Los Angeles, California and the California office of its web hosting provider, HGENOnLine.com. This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to any conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively by the state and federal courts of the State of California, County of Los Angeles and/or the Southern District of California.

TERMINATION
This Agreement is effective unless and until terminated by either you or HGEN. You may terminate this Agreement at any time by notifying us at info@HGENOnLine.com, but if you do so, your membership will be terminated as well and you will thereafter be denied access to the Site. HGEN also may terminate this Agreement at any time and may do so immediately without notice, and accordingly deny you access to the Site, if in HGEN's sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or provision of this Agreement. Upon any termination of this Agreement by either you or HGEN, you must promptly destroy all materials downloaded or otherwise obtained from this Site, as well as all copies of such materials, whether made under the terms of this Agreement or otherwise.

REFUNDS
Members may request, and receive, membership refunds within seven (7) days of signing up. Due to the informative nature
