Background Printing
To avoid printing black background, we recommend that you disable "Background Image Printing." This will provide a more readable copy, and save considerable toner/ink. Using Microsoft Internet Explorer, click on "Tools" then "Internet Options". Then choose the "Advanced" tab. Locate "Print background colors and images" under "Printing" category and uncheck it. Note: Netscape does not have a way of turning off background image printing.

Right Margin Reduction
If the page is not fully printed and information in the right margin is missing, adjust your printer settings using the "Printer Set-up" under the "File" menu. The exact locations for the scale setting will vary with different printers, but usually a setting of 90-95% will work.
